About Me:

I have been in Real Estate long enough to know that buying a home is a very stressful event in most people's life. I am here to remove that stress so you can focus on the fun part of buying a home. I have sold millions of dollars of real estate and pride myself on education and keeping up with the latest technology. I have a Broker's license and am licensed in both North and South Carolina. I just received my GRI (Graduate of Real Estate Institute) Designation in May of 2008. I also received my Short Sale and Foreclosure Certification in October 2009. I have agents that I work with in a network up and down the coast of North and South Carolina and a few in the Mountains so vacation and second homes are not a problem. My office is located in The Fountains shopping center in South Charlotte in the popular Ballantyne Ardrey Kell area of town. I myself reside in beautiful Union County and pride myself to be a Union County specialist. I do have clients in South Charlotte but hold myself true to my county living and expertise. Whether it be a cozy home in a quaint neighborhood or an estate on some sizeable acreage call me - I'm your Agent!
